Can I choose to pay monthly?

Absolutely! Simply selecting Klarna at checkout, allows you to either split your payments into monthly instalments, or pay nothing for 30 days. In just a few clicks, it's a simple as that.

Can I test ride a product?

Unfortunately we don't offer test rides. But we do have a member of the team available to answer any and all questions you may have. So ask away! 

How do I make a warranty claim?

All products come with standard 1 year Manufacture warranty.

Simply contact aftercare@ridezar.com, quoting your name and order number. Be sure to include any images and videos that will help clarify the issue.

*Please note:

It is important that customers adhere to the manual, individual product pages and terms, for up to date policies.

Manufacture warranty typically covers faults to the Motor, Brakes on the handlebar and Software. It does not however cover any damage, deriving from accidental falls, loss and general use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Klarna, Laybuy, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay and Visa. 

Where are you located?

We are an online based store, located in Central London. 

DELIVERY

Can I order online and collect?

Yes. We offer a same day click and collect service, free of charge, by appointment only. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout.

Help! My order has not arrived!

Please check your tracking for delivery updates. If the event that your tracking has not been updated and it has been more than 48hours since it was dispatched, you can contact us at info@ridezar.com.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We typically aim to ship all items within the first 24 hours of receiving your order, using a 24hr trackable courier service.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment we only fulfill orders to the UK and Ireland. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email info@ridezar.com, including your name, email and order number.

Providing your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel the shipment, and process your refund.

If your order is in transit, or has already been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the order, unopened.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once your refund has been authourised, we will automatically refund your purchase to the original payment method (i.e, Visa card, Paypal account, etc) within 10 working days. Please refer to your bank or credit card provider for separate processing times.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

You have up to 30 days to return your order, unused, unopened and in the original retail packaging. For more information please visit our Refund Policy page. 

Do I have to pay for returning my order?

Unless otherwise discussed, if the product has been used, customers are responsible for all costs relating to returning their order.

I'm not 100% satisfied with a product, can I return it?

Whilst we try to address all customer concerns, we unfortunately do not offer moneyback guarantee. Once a product has been assembled and used, we reserve the right to refuse any requests for return, under the premise that it failed to live up to preliminary expectations.
